To secure approval for expenditure on a feasibility study into options to address housing conditions in the Melcombe Regis ward.

Decision

That the release of funding from the Housing reserve to support the work of addressing housing issues in Melcombe Regis by the Melcombe Regis Strategic Board be approved;

That the release of up to £20k from the Housing reserve, to fund essential data analysis work, options appraisal and feasibility study into the most appropriate intervention to address housing related inequalities in the Melcombe Regis ward, be specifically approved.
